The spreadsheet file is located and opened, and new variables are entered

Cell ranges are used to produce a graph as part of the solution

The revised spreadsheet file is printed out in hard copy
Element 4 Evaluate the spreadsheet.

The spreadsheet is evaluated for compliance with the brief, appropriate formatting, readability, legibility, presentation, accuracy, and data integrity

The spreadsheet is modified if required and compliance with the brief is confirmed
