Learning Outcomes

File Management

Ø Create a new folder named US5939 in your “H” directory.

Ø Use MS Paint and/or MS Word of MS Publisher drawing tools to complete all drawings

Ø All paint documents should be copied into a MS Word or MS Publisher document before printing.

Ø Save each document with a sensible filename into your US5939 folder

Ø Add your Name to the right header and the filename to the left footer of each document.

Ø Get your teacher to initial each hard copy before filing them in your manila folder in task order.

Entertainments room, garden plan or fantasy illustration

Ø Plan the design of an entertainments room, garden plan or fantasy illustration on the planning worksheet.

Ø Create the graphic in MS Paint Copy and paste to MS Word or Publisher on A4 Landscape

Ø Remember to create Header/Footer before printing.
